Hap is Simon Beech who plays the guitar / electronics / computer, Damwain, Aled Roberts provides the words and sings. The duo have been friend since school days in Ysgol Y Creuddyn and have been involved in many musical projects over the years, Hap a Damwain being the latest.

The Welsh language songs are a mixture of experimental ballads, blues and rock and many things inbetween. Someone in a recent gig described the sound of Hap a Damwain as a cross between ‘Steely Dan’ and ‘Sleaford Mods’, so we’ll take that description!
