Join certified Yoga instructor, Bryony Williams, for an early morning yoga session at Mostyn Gallery. To complement our current exhibition of Rosemarie Castoro’s work, we invite you to soak up the art through a tranquil session of yoga in the gallery space, and much like Castoro, Carve your own space! A brief tour of Rosemarie’s work will introduce you to her life and work as both an artist and dancer, having studied experimental dance as a student in New york.
This session is suitable for beginners but can be enjoyed by all levels of ability.
This session will firstly begin with a brief introduction to Rosemarie Castoro’s work, followed by an hour long session with Bryony. Please arrive on time to allow a full experience of both elements of this event.
We have mats available for you to use should you not have one. These are limited and are available via the ticket options. If you do have your own mat, please bring it along with you so that we can offer spaces to those that don’t have their own.
