Our Project Space at Mostyn Gallery is a flexible, vibrant, and accessible venue. Conveniently located just off the main entrance, it serves as a multifunctional space ideal for hosting events, meetings, workshops, talks, and more.
The spacious room is close to our ground-floor accessible toilets and the lift, which provides direct access to our welcoming and fully licensed Caffi. The space is available for hire for a full day (up to 6 hours) or a half day (up to 3 hours).
The room can be rearranged and customized to suit your needs, with capacity varying depending on the nature of your booking. Whether you need an empty space for a dance rehearsal or want to transform the room with your own setup, we can accommodate you. For talks, workshops, or meetings, we can provide tables and chairs in your preferred layout (accommodating 20+ people with tables and chairs). Technical support and digital audiovisual equipment are also available for hire upon request.
Our opening hours are 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. If you’d like to book the space outside these hours, please contact our team for assistance.

To proceed with a booking, please complete our online booking form. Payment for room hire should only be made after submitting the form and receiving a confirmation email from Mostyn. Payments made without prior confirmation will result in cancellation.
